This document sets out all the conditions, rights and responsibilities governing use of the gy99 platform. Please read it in full before opening an account.
Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gy99 platform and all associated services, websites and mobile applications. By using any gy99 service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use any gy99 service.

Account Eligibility & Registration
To open an account and use gy99 services, the following conditions must be met:

- You must be a real individual and operate the account in your own name.
- Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they may be closed.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and current.

Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify the gy99 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
gy99 provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: If you receive a bonus of ৳1,500, you must wager a total of ৳22,500 before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- gy99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
- Each user may claim each promotion once only.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
gy99 supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
- Deposits via third parties are not permitted.
- Each deposit will be credited after verification.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- gy99 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and investigate if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required to process a withdrawal.
Fair Play & Security Policy
gy99 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The detailed policies are as follows:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms.
- In the event of false information being provided.
- If illegal activity is suspected.
- If age verification fails.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
VIP Program & Rewards
gy99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Through regular play, you can gradually advance to higher tiers. The specific cashback rates and special benefits at each tier depend on your activity, and gy99 reserves the right to revise these rates at any time. gy99 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel VIP benefits at its own discretion, but users will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.
Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
gy99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Online gaming is designed for entertainment and is not a solution to financial problems. Users are encouraged to play responsibly within their own financial means.

Users are solely responsible for any information, comments or content they submit to gy99. gy99 reserves the right to remove any content that is unlawful, harmful or contrary to these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
gy99 is not liable for the following:
- Service interruptions caused by internet connection issues or technical faults.
- Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- Delays or issues in third-party payment processing.
- A user being unable to access a service due to the laws or regulations of their country.
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyber attacks.

Changes & Updates to Terms

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the applicable relevant laws. Any dispute between gy99 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, mediation may be pursued with the agreement of both parties.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the primary document.
